About Me

I am approved by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Marriage and Family Therapy as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.

As a family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who have a longing to experience the most out of life and relationships.

I specialize in Christian counseling.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology) from Auburn University, a Master of Arts in Theology degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Master of Science in Human Environmental Sciences degree (Marriage and Family Therapy) from the University of Alabama.  Currently, I am working towards licensure to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Prior to full time private practice, I spent eight years as an associate pastor at Vineyard Community Church in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  While on staff, my duties included directing the children's programs, conducting pastoral counseling, preaching, and leading workshops.

I am an active member in both the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
